Manual UMG?

Hi all, not if you have a manual or some kind of tutorial to handle the UMG, and I'm lost, not if I do things well, gives me messages that do not understand, etc.
For example, it seems a user can create a private gallery, but leaves the configuration option, but nothing more.

I hope to learn to use it properly.

Do not know if these things I have put in place to play but, with the translator, I have very little idea of the topic.

Well, maybe there are things to explain, not saying it all, for example I uploaded a video file in *. flv flash, and open the music player, video not the bone that I can not see, there is some reason to this from happening?
